First, please fill out the form on this page and someone from our team will contact you to discuss your immediate needs and review our program’s terms and conditions. (See COVID-19 supplies special terms below)
If you have urgent needs, please provide as much detail as possible about the items you need (including product description, quantities needed and desired delivery date) in the COMMENTS section of the form and we will get back to you with pricing and delivery information.
Note Regarding Medical and Healthcare Facilities:
Many products used in these facilities and for medically-related applications require FDA Approval either under 510k or OTC regulations, thus only FDA Approved Products can be legally imported in the USA from Canada. Additionally, you may need to hold an import license issued to your company by the US FDA in order to import these items. Please talk to one of our US reseller specialists regarding these requirements.

Note regarding Branded Product Restrictions
Levitt-Safety is a long-time Authorized Canadian Distributor of many leading US brands however, in some cases we are not authorized to sell these products to the US market by contractual agreement with the manufacturer and compliance with US Import Regulations. Therefore, although you may see these products for sale on the general Levitt-Safety e-Commerce site; be aware they CANNOT be exported to the US – if they are not part of our US Resellers’ program, they are not available from Levitt-Safety.
COVID-19 Emergency Supplies Special Terms – US Resellers Program
- Except as outlined below, orders committed by our customers, once placed will be non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable as Levitt-Safety will be committing to the manufacturer of the product.
- If product is from overseas, unless otherwise indicated prices quoted are inclusive of air freight to our Distribution Center in Oakville, Ontario. For larger orders, if you are planning ahead and are willing to accept lead times that are approximately 30 days longer than the anticipated lead time indicated to you, we may be able to offer significant savings on sea shipments. Inquire with our team.
- To register your company for our resellers’ program we’ll need a copy of your W9 with your FEIN and key contact details of the person or persons at your company that we’ll be working with as well as a list of items that you are having a hard time sourcing – if you do not find it on our page currently, we can likely source these for you if sufficient demand exists. Minimum order quantities will be applicable.
- All prices are free on board (FOB) to our Oakville distribution center. At your option we can invoice separately for freight at time of shipment, ship freight collect, or estimate the freight and any duties and fees and add it to your initial payment.
- We are providing our best estimates of arrival dates. These are subject to change due to raw material shortages, manufacturing delays and the logistics challenges currently involved in getting shipments from overseas. If a shipment to you is delayed by more than two months from the delivery date originally quoted, you have the option of cancelling your order and receiving a credit that may be used for other goods or services from Levitt-Safety within the next two years.
- Prices will be quoted in USA currency (USD). Levitt-Safety reserves the right to adjust prices without notice for new orders if the CDN-USD exchange rate unexpectedly varies to a disproportionate level, but we will do our best to maintain pricing over the time needed to produce a quotation and the placement of your order, however this cannot be guaranteed.
- Due to fast-moving supply changes happening in the market, final pricing may be subject to confirmation once our order is placed on our supplier. If the final price is more than 15% higher than the price you were provisionally quoted, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of being advised and you will receive a credit toward future purchases of goods or services from Levitt-Safety within the next two years.
- Customer agrees that these terms shall supersede any conflicting terms on their purchase order or supply agreement with Levitt-Safety.
